Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Navigator and Expedition vehicles. The passenger side air bag may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause the air bag to deploy with excessive force during a crash.

Remedy:

Dealers will replace the passenger side air bags, free of charge. Owner notification letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed August 11, 2025. Second letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Ford Customer Service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford’s number for this recall is 25S51.
