Vehicle Complaints

The Center for Auto Safety works diligently to uncover vehicle defects and assist owners with quality and safety issues related to their cars.  This work could not be performed without the assistance of complaints made to the Center by the public.

If you have a vehicle complaint, please submit a complaint here.

Any complaints related to vehicle safety should also be submitted to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at the agency’s File a Vehicle Safety Complaint page.
