The car ran out of gas. And then when it was towed and filled up again, wouldn’t start. It was diagnosed that the fuel pump failed because the car ran completely out of gas. We contend that a fuel pump shouldn’t fail because the gas tank runs out of gas once. We are hoping to find a way to to be able to get a refund for the work done to the car. We would like any information you could provide to us about getting a partial or full refund from SAAB/GM.
