The transmission periodically shifts very hard (it jerks the whole car and there is a loud clunking sound). This has been on ongoing problem for over a year. I have taken it in multiple times. They have reprogrammed the transmission computer but that did not help. The last few times I took it in they ran diagnostics and said that it showed no issues that since the hard shifting did not happen in the test drive there is nothing they can do for me.
