1994 CHRYSLER Town & Country

This vehicle has been a problem with the transmission being replaced at 67000 miles as well as 2 months later the A/C going out. Now I have an electrical problem where the rear hatch will not work properly. It will not release via the in-dash release nor the key control. The ABS system has just failed and aftermarket parts are not available. Dealership cost will be in the neighborhood of $1500.00 to repair. The Jack that was give with the vehicle will not hold the vehicle. I was changing a flat tire when the scissor jack broke an the vehicle fell to the ground almost pinning me under the vehicle.

SEVERE PEELING PAINT. AUTO LOOKS TERRIBLE. NOT THE SORT OF AUTO I WANT TO HAVE SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. OLD IS OK BUT CLEAN AND IN GOOD REPAIR IS A MUST.

Serious moisture problems inside of vehicle. Wet floor and inside fogging and icing.

Paint is peeling in large layers on the top of the van.Back side windows do not open with switch.Sliding door cme off track. It was replaced but it has to be handled carefully. It has always been hard to shut.I am going to start today trying to get the paint problem fixed. It’s terrible.

I actually had 2 different sized tires installed on my vehicle by Tires Plus. My transmission shop mentioned that failure of the transmission was due to the different tire sizes. Where do I go from here?

For the Last four years – roof paint has been scaling and sheeting off. The vehicle is a 1994 Chrysler Town and Country — All wheel drive The > Vehicle has 103,000 miles and has never been back to the dealer. Aside from the paint sheeting off the roof in large quantities, the vehicle hasperformed valiantly and with every indication positive.

transmittion would rumble going up hill, had it rebuilt at charlie’s dodge fort pierce , fl . there was an external transmittion cooler already installed on the car when we purchased it. the transmittion has once again failed. i was going to have it rebuilt by a transmittion shop in rock hill, s.c. the rebuild price will be 1150 dollars . i tryed to find out if it had failed before we purchased it , the van only had 54000 miles on the speed o meter but was unable to learn any thing. it now has 160000 miles on the odometer. the 3.8 engine runs fine it has always been service at proper intalvilts as described in the service manual.

Air conditioning does not cool properly. Paint is peeling on top, side & hood of vehicle. Driver side mirror is unstable, shakes loose when driving & rattles itself downward.
