Our Mission
The Center for Auto Safety is the nation’s premier independent, member driven, non-profit consumer advocacy organization dedicated to improving vehicle safety, quality, and fuel economy on behalf of all drivers, passengers, and pedestrians.
The goal of the Safe Climate Campaign is to fight global warming by slashing greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve this we run a tough advocacy campaign to accomplish three broad, mutually reinforcing interim goals:

Implement and administratively expand federal and state laws and engage with the Obama Administration on other opportunities to adopt sound global warming policies.

Hold automakers and government officials accountable.

Inform and excite consumers about clean cars and opportunities to curb global warming.
