The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has launched a probe of the “Actually Smart Summon” feature in Tesla vehicles, citing reported problems with the self-driving feature. The technology allows users to summon their cars from a spot in a parking lot. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda reports on the issue and what Tesla says about the feature.
