2004-2006 Toyota Sienna AWD Class Action Settlement

A nationwide settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit regarding premature or uneven wear on certain model year 2004 to early 2006 Toyota Siennas that came factory-equipped with run-flat tires.  The Siennas that came factory-equipped with run-flat tires are the AWD or mobility models.  Click here to view the Settlement Documents. A text version of the complaint is here.  The deadline for exclusions and objections is October 16, 2006.  The Court will hold a hearing on November 17, 2006 to consider whether to approve the settlement.
