1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Brake Settlement

A class action lawsuit (Robert Lubitz, et al. v. DaimlerChrysler Corp. (the "Lawsuit"), is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division: Bergen County (the "Court"), Case No. BER-L-4883-04, on behalf of all persons in the United States, who bought or leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicle, model years 1999-2004, between May 1, 1998 and the present, excluding fleet and governmental purchasers and lessees (the "Settlement Class Members").

A federal judge has approved a settlement worth more than $32 million in a class action products liability suit against Mercedes Benz brought by owners of cars manufactured from 1998 to 2001 who said they were never warned that use of non-synthetic motor oils would cause premature engine wear.

2003-04 Honda Element Windshield Cracking

 A class action suit was filed August 4, 2004, in California Superior Court, Los Angeles County, alleging a design defect in 2003-2004 Honda Element windshields that leads to cracking.
